2. At your request, we’ll call you from the Galápagos to get to know you better and expedite the process. Together we’ll design your trip!

3. We’ll send you an outline of dates and costs for your dream vacation.

4. Once you are satisfied with all details, we ask that you send us a deposit and we’ll get everything set here on our end.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Payment is due upon confirmation of the tour date. Initial deposit is one half of the tour cost. Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to your tour date.

Please be advised that tour guides and accommodations are limited; travelers are encouraged to reserve space early.

THE ACT OF SENDING A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR TRIP ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Cancellations and Credits

If you must cancel your trip, you must do so in writing.
– One (1) to thirty (30) days prior to your trip, no refunds or credits will be given.
– Cancellations more than 30 days before your trip will be granted the full amount of your deposit or final payment as credit towards a future trip with us. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
